2. Products and Availability

All products are made to order through our production partner, Printiful. Because each item is custom printed, small variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but differences in device screens may affect what you see.

We may discontinue or modify any product, pricing, or offering at any time without notice.


3. Orders and Payment Processing

Orders are securely processed through our WooCommerce platform using trusted third-party payment processors, including Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce Payments. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is valid and authorized for use.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.


4. Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Applicable state or local sales taxes will be added at checkout when required by law. Promotional prices or discounts may be offered periodically and are subject to change or expiration without notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Our products are produced on demand and typically ship within 2–7 business days after production begins. Delivery estimates vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed. Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on fulfillment center availability.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue to request a replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders usually enter production within a few hours. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled or changed. If you need to update your shipping details or correct an error, contact us immediately at ghosttowndesignandapparel@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist before printing begins.


8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Ghost Town Design and Apparel or our respective artists and licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Customers who upload logos, artwork, or other assets for custom printing confirm that they hold the necessary rights and permissions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghost Town Design and Apparel from any claims related to the unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Town Design and Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.


10. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates services provided by third-party vendors such as Printiful, WooCommerce, Stripe, and PayPal. By using our site, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. Ghost Town Design and Apparel is not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or losses arising from their systems.


11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ghost Town Design and Apparel, its owners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
