Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ghost Town Design and Apparel. We partner with Printiful to produce and ship your orders. Each item is made to order and shipped directly from the nearest Printify fulfillment center to ensure efficient delivery and high-quality results.


1. Order Processing Time

All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or sales events.


2. Shipping Times

Once your order is produced, it will be shipped using standard delivery services. Typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–8 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

In total, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days depending on location. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs, or carrier performance. Ghost Town Design and Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal issues, or customs inspections.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination. You’ll see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase.

Some items may ship separately at no additional cost, as Printify uses multiple fulfillment centers.


4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipment leaves the facility.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be regions where Printiful’s carriers cannot deliver due to restrictions or service limitations.

If your address is outside our shipping range, your order will be canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and vary by destination country.


7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address at your expense.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We’ll work with Printify to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.


9. Multiple Item Orders

Because we work with multiple Printiful production partners, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive in different packages. Each package will have its own tracking number if applicable.
